In the late hours of the night, amidst the tranquil atmosphere, I sensed a subtle feeling. My stomach sent a slight signal, but it was not strong enough to urgently need to be filled. This faint hunger felt more like a psychological hint rather than a physiological necessity. At this moment, I found myself in an interesting dilemma: should I yield to this faint hunger? This state made me ponder to what extent our eating behaviors are driven by true hunger, and how much is influenced by other factors. Perhaps this is a good opportunity to reflect on our eating habits and pace of life.

the psychological hunger signals... reminds me of yield farming impulses tbh... both require mastering the art of resisting false signals
